I support the Indigenous Voice To Parliament, but I don't like that it is only advisory with no real power.

I'm frustrated because there's such an OBVIOUS solution but it will never happen: Remove the British Crown from the constitution and grant THOSE powers to the Indigenous Voice To Parliament.
