Ok! Here’s tonight’s #MonadnockGame test build for you! Feedback adored. Let me know how long it takes you to work it out. Explanation:The beast chooses their next hex based on the cycle depicted in the wheel but will copy you if you have built up trust by copying it and there are no options that match it’s first preference. Get both of you to the goal spaces to win. Escape will skip the level. It’s random at the moment. Some are impossible. Space will mute the lovely music by Eli Green Drums and Julia Henning.

Today I got around to all the things.

We only visited one Australia Day breakfast, the one at The Old Court House in Willunga. We ended up meeting Emily’s Mum and My Mum there and had a lovely chat over cereal and peaches and eggs, bacon and toast to the boisterous sound of Australian folk music.

Afterwards we headed off to visit Simon and Jess for lunch. Their big lunch included some fucking delicious massive burgers, an array of gorgeous deserts and the company of friends we don’t get to see often enough.

After we stopped in to feed Julia Henning and Eli Green Drums’s cats we headed home to work on our pet projects. In the three hours up to midnight Emily produced a fully shaded full body illustration of one of her DnD characters and I implemented board interaction and the core mimicry mechanic in #MonadnockGame. Now I’m feeling super accomplished but it’s late and I have to be up at a human hour so hopefully I fall asleep hard and fast.

I ate epically (60%)
I slept poorly (40%)
I didn’t exercise (0 mins)
I didn’t meditate (0 mins)

Tomorrow I have a job search appointment in the morning and a DnD game for the rest of the day.
