Man, it’s like a Chapman Brothers sculpture but less depressing!

I’ve always been a huge fan of the intricacy and detail of the Chapman Brothers works and we recently visited the Adelaide Art Gallery and I found out that we have “Das swings unt roundabouts fur der kinder? Ja? Nein! Schweinhund!
(Swings and roundabouts for the children? Yes? No! Pigface!)” here in South Australia!
I was absolutely awestruck seeing one of their pieces in person, peering into such a detailed miniature world that not only told the story of that world but also so many stories of the creatures in it.

I hope that I can eventually get to see some of Kuksi’s work in person because it the difference between images of a sculpture and the in-person experience of it are indescribable.
